Very bad experience with voonik in Different product returned by customer dispute

This is regarding one order which has been returned by xpress bee courier as RTO , but packet was opened by customer & courier Guy & product has been changed with used one . when we log the claim with Voonik team , they just replied POD not mentioned we can’t give refund .
what is seller fault when product changed by customer or may be tempered by courier GUY .
we lost the product & money.
very pathetic approach to seller issues .
All indian ecommerce platform Sad companies are really choor . including voonik

  1. Even I have never got a reimbursement from Voonik. Once I received ruck sack instead of apparels. They stuck to the policy that I didn’t mention this on the POD. I have reduced my business with them. No longer interested in selling with them.
