hello ,
flipkart gone mad or what ?
it considers all returns as faulty or damaged product and takes CX have to sign on it.

my point is if the product is ok and there is no damaged or faulty product , and CX just don’t want it and want to return the product than also he have to sigh there …
what does it means ?
