Orders coming out of Defined Zone in Self Ship
Hi – We rolled back to Self Ship from Easy Ship early this month. We defined our shipping Zones and also selected the pin codes that we serve. But to our shock we till today afternoon have been receiving orders from outside our defined criteria. Due to this we have been forced to cancel many orders. Even cancellation penalty has also been levied on our account. Case is open with Amazon since 4th June 2018 and they have not been able to resolve it. Would appreciate any help on this issue as it has impacted our sales drastically.
