Inauthentic item issue

we receive a performance notification regarding inauthentic item we have purchase invoice of that item and our product is authentic .we have send mail to amazon 10 times with attachment of bill but there is no reply what should i do.

  1. even we are facing the same problem…
    i am not even getting the automated acknowledgement reply from amazon

    amazon should take a serious look at this issue else seller would have to leave amazon and start selling in other marketplaces
