Hazmat review stuck with the review team. No resolution
I submitted MSDS sheet on Dec 18 and got an automated reply from the review team saying ” I have raised an issue to our concerned team and received an update stating ASIN B0771P3PMK went through dangerous good (hazmat) review but couldn’t be classified, because it lacks detailed dangerous good (hazmat) information Please understand that the sheet you have provided is lacking the detailed dangerous good (hazmat) information Kindly request you to provide the sheet with complete information” and for last 10 days, I am going back and forth with the seller support team to request what particular information is incomplete. But after going through the sheet they tell me the sheet looks fine but don’t understand why the review team is asking for more info. I have raised several case IDs and call them daily for this and every time they have the same answer for me that they have escalated the issue – but the response from review team is always the same as described above.
