Fba – refund/ reimbursements for lost product
There is a huge flaw in the way their policy is designed for FBA – prime , customer damage or lost of product.
This they have not informed to any seller who is selling other than mobile phones or some appliances which they deem fit for claims and settlements before on boarding any seller to FBA prime .
402-9635434-6021932 This is a order id , where I was suppose to receive 23800, amazon deliberately have lost the parcel and now have reimbursed aftewr 45 days 20000. why should i suffer lossed of 3800. when asked to them they said that it was a customer return for wrong product , so might be in carrying it has lost.
But that is where the scam is here …
A) they never share any contact detials of customer. Nor even AWB number of the order. this is even when we pay commission to them
B) I feel here that this was deliberately lost or still lying at their warehouse. Since they want to recover losses for some other product they might have held up the parcel and has mentioned as lost OR since it was a fraud done by customer ( which again amazon cannot control even in FBA prime ) their business team may have thought that they have to pay full amount in this case , better mention it as lost.

Since the whole parcel is untraceable as they done share customer details and awb no. How can one be sure that such UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY AMAZON. THEY ARE LARGELY AS ANY OTHER MARKETPLACE DESIGNED TO CHEAT SELLER TO MAKE SOME PETTY BENEFITS.
When we are paying commission on what grounds can AMAZON should hide customer details and traceablitiy of the parcel.
GUYS PRESS THEM TO BE MORE TRANSPARENT AS IN FBA PRIME THEY ARE DOING SOME SORT OF SCAMS WHICH SHOULD BE UNEARTHED.
ALL THE SELLERS WILL SUFFER LOSSES IN FBA PRIME DUE TO UNDELIVERABLE SHIPPING ADDRESS( fake orders created by amazon) OR CUSTOMER RETURNS WHERE THEY DONT PAY A SINGLE PENNY.
